We’re very proud of our team, who are warm and friendly as well as being committed to excellent dental care.
Our receptionists, Kim, Sam and Jan and dental nurse Vikki help ensure the smooth running of Odiham Dental Care.
We’re all fully trained and our dental nurses and technicians are all registered with the General Dental Council.
Vikki possesses remarkable patience and a relaxed demeanor. With her radiant smile and compassionate nature, she effortlessly puts patients at ease. Vikki excels in providing care for our more hesitant patients, readily extending a comforting hand to those who require additional support.
Rachel has been our main receptionist since the practice opened.
She has a passion for customer service and helps with keeping on top of the behind the scenes admin.
Kim has worked at the practice for a number of years now and is a key member of the team having taken on the role more permanently from Rachel.
Kim is friendly and enjoys meeting patients and making them feel at ease before going into surgery.
Kim was a dental nurse for over 16 years but is now enjoying the role of a receptionist.

Nethmin has worked in general dental practice since 2001. He has lived in Odiham with his family since 2005. Nethmin has played an active part in the local community having been part of InOdiham and managing and organising the road closures for local events. He now spends most of his summer at Odiham and Greywell Cricket Club where he plays in one of the senior teams and has been coaching the colts for many years.
With an eye for detail alongside many years of experience, he provides high quality dental treatment in a friendly, relaxed environment. Many patients have commented on his gentle and informative approach, helping clients feel relaxed and at ease.
Nethmin takes pride in providing all the services that make up good general dentistry. He has a passion for rejuvenating smiles as simply as possible. As well as providing General Dental Services Nethmin worked as a Domiciliary Dental Officer providing Dental care to individuals in care homes, nursing homes and private homes on a visiting basis. He has experience in treating patients with Dementia and younger patients with special needs.
It’s important to keep at the leading edge of dentistry, and Nethmin maintains his professional development beyond the requirements of the General Dental Council, which is dentistry’s regulating body. Nethmin has also membership with the British Dental Association, The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD), and the British Society of Gerodontology.

Anna is a highly experienced dentist. Since qualifying from Guy’s Hospital, London, she has worked in general practice, community dental practice and special care dentistry. Anna achieved her postgraduate diploma in Peadiatric Dentistry at the prestigious Eastman Dental institute in 2021.
She provides high quality dentistry in a caring way, guiding and helping you through your dental needs. Many patients have commented on her approachable and understanding attitude – she makes sure every client is treated as an individual with individual needs.
Anna has trained in children’s dentistry and special needs dentistry. Time spent within general practice, community practice and special care dentistry has allowed Anna to develop a keen interest in preventative dentistry. She has a clear goal in preventing your dental problems and helping you maintain a healthy mouth and smile.
Anna is keen to remain at the forefront of dentistry and maintains her commitment to continual professional development. Anna is a member of The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD), and the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry (BSPD).

Martin is our in house Implant Surgeon and has been working with Odiham Dental Care for many years.
After graduating with Honours from Trinity College Dublin in 1991, Martin moved to Hampshire and worked in general practice for many years. He retrained as an Implantologist, gaining a postgraduate diploma and Masters degree from Bristol University.
He provides a visiting implant service for several practices with a special interest in bone grafting, trauma management and helping patients achieve functional cosmetic alternatives to missing teeth.
He lectures and trains dental teams in dental implants. He is member of the International Team for Implantology and is their study club director for Hampshire. He is an Expert Advisor on dentistry for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
He lives near Winchester with his wife and three daughters. Away from dentistry, Martin is a GB international modern triathlete. After winning World Open Championships in Biathle and Triathle in 2017, he went on to lead GB Elite Masters Mens and Mixed Relay teams to World Championship silver medals in the Olympic core sport of Combined Laser Run.

Dr Sharan Gosal graduated from Bristol Dental School in 2010 with Honors. Whilst studying she also received the undergraduate prize in restorative dentistry and the elective research project prize. Sharan then moved to Kent where she gained invaluable experience treating anxious patients and children as a community dentist and then later working in hospital in the oral surgery department seeing patients for extractions and oral surgical procedures. She has since worked in dental practice in West London before joining us at Odiham.
She is passionate about keeping up to date with advances in dentistry. Additional qualifications include the Royal College of Surgeons MJDF and a Certificate in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry with the renowned Chris Orr.
Treating patients gently and as pain free as possible with a personalised approach is important to Sharan. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and is our in-house Invisalign Go provider.
Outside of dentistry her other interests include yoga and mindfulness, keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.
